These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of myhomeofy.com and the consultation services offered through it, owned and operated by Homeofy (a partnership firm). By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to book a consultation. Consultations for children are booked and managed by a consenting adult parent or guardian.

What Homeofy is — and isn't

Homeofy provides individualised homeopathic consultations together with supportive nutrition and lifestyle guidance, online and in person. This is supportive holistic care and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not an emergency service. Homeopathy makes no guarantee of any specific medical outcome or cure. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Appointments & payments

• Consultations are scheduled through our booking partner (Calendly). For online consultations, you'll receive an email with payment details after choosing a slot; your appointment is confirmed once payment is made.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Fees may change from time to time; changes apply to future bookings.

Medicines

Any remedies are prescribed at the doctor's discretion based on your consultation. For in-person consultations, medicines are provided at the clinic; for online consultations, medicines are couriered to you after payment is confirmed (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it unlawfully, disrupt it, or use it to harm others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Intellectual property

Homeofy, its content, design, and software are owned by Homeofy and its licensors. Information you share during your care remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to provide your care.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Calendly (scheduling) and Razorpay (payments). Their services are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeofy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant consultation.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Homeofy against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
