These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of myhomeofy.com and the consultation services offered through it, owned and operated by Homeofy (a partnership firm). By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to book a consultation. Consultations for children are booked and managed by a consenting adult parent or guardian.

What Homeofy is — and isn't

Homeofy provides individualised homeopathic consultations together with supportive nutrition and lifestyle guidance, online and in person. This is supportive holistic care and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not an emergency service. Homeopathy makes no guarantee of any specific medical outcome or cure. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

International clients (Singapore, UAE, United Kingdom)

For clients residing outside India, consultations are provided remotely from India as complementary wellness advisory, classical homeopathic constitutional assessment, and nutrition/lifestyle counselling. They do not establish a local physician–patient relationship and do not replace diagnosis, prescribed medication, or emergency care in your country. You are responsible for ensuring you may use these services under the laws of the country where you reside.

• Singapore:homeopathic remedies are regulated in Singapore as complementary health products. Homeofy's services are not provided by a practitioner registered with the Singapore Medical Council, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
• United Kingdom: Dr.Kavita Soni is not registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and is not a UK-registered medical practitioner; the title "Dr." reflects her Indian homeopathic qualification (BHMS). Homeopathy is not statutorily regulated in the UK. Any remedy recommendation is for you to obtain, at your discretion, from a UK homeopathic pharmacy of your choice; Homeofy has no commercial relationship with any pharmacy.
• United Arab Emirates: sessions are cross-border tele-wellness and lifestyle advisory delivered from India, and are not an in-person or telehealth clinical consultation under a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP facility licence.
• Homeofy does not supply or ship medicines to clients in these countries. Any remedy recommendation is provided in writing, for you to obtain yourself from a pharmacy or supplier of your choice, subject to local rules.

Appointments & payments

• Consultations are scheduled through our booking partner (Calendly). For online consultations in India, you'll receive an email with payment details after choosing a slot; your appointment is confirmed once payment is made. Clients in Singapore, the UAE, and the UK book without payment and pay after the consultation, in local currency, via a secure payment link; the written plan, including any remedy recommendation, is sent after payment. Any urgent safety advice is given during the consultation itself.
• Payments, including international payments in local currency, are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Fees may change from time to time; changes apply to future bookings.

Medicines

Any remedies are prescribed at the doctor's discretion based on your consultation. For in-person consultations, medicines are provided at the clinic; for online consultations in India, medicines are couriered to you after payment is confirmed (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy). Clients in Singapore, the UAE, and the UK receive a written remedy recommendation instead.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it unlawfully, disrupt it, or use it to harm others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Intellectual property

Homeofy, its content, design, and software are owned by Homeofy and its licensors. Information you share during your care remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to provide your care.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including Calendly (scheduling) and Razorpay (payments). Their services are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeofy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant consultation.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Homeofy against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
