Homeofy (a partnership firm) delivers two things: your consultation (a service), and any prescribed medicines.

Consultations

Consultations are delivered online (by video or phone) or in person at our clinic in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Online consultation access is arranged for your booked slot after payment is confirmed. There are no delivery charges for the consultation itself.

Medicines

• In-person consultations: medicines are provided directly at the clinic immediately after your visit.
• Online consultations: medicines are couriered to the address you provide, dispatched after payment is confirmed. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days in India, depending on your location and the courier partner.
• For patients outside India, medicines are couriered where permissible; delivery timelines vary and any customs duties or taxes are borne by the recipient.
• Any applicable courier charges are communicated before dispatch.
