Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for consultations with Homeofy (a partnership firm). Payments are processed via Razorpay.

Rescheduling & cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment via the Calendly link in your booking confirmation, or by emailing drkavitasoni28@gmail.com, at least 1 hour before your scheduled time. Timings may occasionally vary.

Refunds

• If you cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment, your consultation fee is refundable, or can be adjusted against a rescheduled slot — your choice.
• Cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable.
• Dispensed medicines are prescribed for you individually and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched or handed over.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g., you were billed twice, or charged after a timely cancellation) are refunded in full.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days.

International clients (Singapore, UAE, United Kingdom)

• International consultations are booked without payment. After your consultation, we email you a secure payment link in local currency (SGD, AED, or GBP).
• Your written plan, including any remedy recommendation, is sent within 48 hours of payment. Any urgent safety advice is always given during the consultation itself.
• Please reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment (your local time). If an appointment is missed without notice, we may ask for payment in advance for future bookings.
• Any approved refund is made in the currency you paid, to your original payment method. Any exchange-rate difference or foreign-transaction fee charged by your card issuer is outside our control.
• Homeofy does not supply medicines to international clients; remedy costs are paid directly to the pharmacy or supplier you choose and are not refundable by us.
